‍Please let us have as much information as you can: Print positions (i.e. front or back), quantity, delivery date required, please use the message box for any additional information, such as garment type, amount of print colours or if you'd like to ask any specific questions. If you have picked garments from our catalogue please make a note of the code or name of the product. Do you have artwork? It's helpful but not essential at this stage. In our response to the form we may ask for a rough copy of your artwork, this will help us to judge the amount of colours & size required; enabling us to give you the best quote. (We will be working on adding an upload file to this form.) Alternatively, just give us a call on 01803 214705 and we will be happy to help!

ENQUIRY RECEIVED

We will then contact you via email with your quote. We won’t telephone you unless you specifically ask us to. We have a no hassle approach to sales.

YOU RECEIVE YOUR QUOTE & WOULD LIKE TO PROCEED  

Usually within a day you will receive your quote. Please be patient if it takes a little longer, sometimes it’s all hands to the print machines. If your quote is all OK for you, we will then email a visual proof of your design pictured on the garment with all the specifications for your approval.

APPROVAL & PAYMENT

Once you have approved your final design we will book your order into our workshop. ‘This is our own workshop’ we don’t send our printing to a third party for completion. Once your proof has been approved and your order booked in, we will email your invoice to you for payment. We have various payment methods you can choose from: BACS / CHEQUE / PAYPAL, the choice is yours.

COMPLETION & SHIPPING

Our standard order process takes approximately 7 to 14 days from the date of proof confirmation, however if your in a rush, please do ask. If we have any delays to your order we will always inform you. We use DHL and Royal Mail for shipping. Shipping costs will be included on your initial quote. Alternatively, if you're local, you're always welcome to collect from our office/workshop.
